I am a runner and I have always wanted to make blankets out of my running t-shirts. Maybe this will make me finally do that! Thanks for sharing these awesome craft ideas!

Great list! We aren’t quite to the teenage years yet, but we have done some of these already on the list

These are all great ideas! I love making jewlery on the side! It is nice and relaxing!

I love getting in the zone while crafting! My biggest problem is just giving myself permission to take the time to do it. I need to get better at that!

  12. Sabrina DeWalt Reply

You may have just inspired me to move forward with my thoughts on making bracelets.
Another idea…my son loved to tie-dye, even after becoming an adult. He has done t-shirts, socks and even made tapestries out of sheets for a festival. Those “sheets” are in our permanent festival arsenal of supplies.

I used to do cross stitch and this post reminds me of that. I’m not a teenager but I find your ideas do not have an age limit and I can always learn a new craft. For me it’s gonna have to be sewing so I don’t have to pay an arm and leg hemming my pants (short people problems lol). And btw, your pictures look awesome 😎

    • Melissa F Reply

Thanks, Wella! Yes, there are a lot of things on here I’d like to try, too! Good luck with your sewing!
